The Professional Beauty Association (PBA), the largest and most inclusive national trade organization representing the professional beauty industry, announced on September 1st its incumbent Board of Directors and Advisory Council for 2021. The Board of Directors oversees budgeting, endorsement of legislation, strategic planning, and industry-wide issues, while the Advisory Council takes an active role in the development of association programs and initiatives.
