General Questions

Cosmoprof North America (CPNA) is the leading B2B beauty exhibition in the Americas, recognized for its dynamic growth and unique programs. The event offers the entire industry an opportunity to come together, make new relationships, and foster collaborations. CPNA serves as the premier launching pad for new beauty brands, introducing revolutionary technologies, product innovations, and new channels for distribution, packaging, and manufacturing.

The ability to discover unique brand launches, product innovations, new channels of distribution, packaging, and manufacturing and to form key relationships with top industry professionals and retailers. The three-day event, which takes place under one roof, encompasses all sectors of the beauty industry.

This is a business-to-business trade show, not a cash and carry show.

Cosmoprof (finished products), Cosmopack (supply chain) is organized on one main show floor.

  • COSMOPROF- FINISHED GOODS FOR RETAIL showcasing the best in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, toiletries, fragrances, organic beauty products, and accessories- specialized with retail channel distribution in mind.
  • COSMOPACK- SUPPLY CHAIN is the only event in the Americas fully dedicated to the entire beauty chain, featuring raw materials and ingredients, private label and contract manufacturing, primary and secondary packaging, machinery, and other solutions for the beauty industry.

After you have registered for the show, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email will be sent to you a few days prior to the event with a QR code to print your badge. You will scan the QR code at the registration desk or registration kiosks at the event and be provided a lanyard to attach to your badge.  The badge is required for you to access the show.

Cosmoprof NA is open to beauty industry professionals only.

Starting May 15th, all registered attendees will receive an email with their credentials from cosmoprofna@expoplatform.com, with the subject line:  ATTN: Your Online Directory Login. Attendees may request a visa letter during the registration process. You must complete and pay in full for your registration before your visa letter will be issued. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. Exhibitors requiring a Visa letter should contact their sales representative for assistance.

Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable.

Yes, the benefit recipients of a PBA Business membership will receive a CPNA admission discount. Your PBA membership must be current at the time of registration to be eligible.

Yes, they may purchase a 3-day ticket. PBA Business member Benefit Recipients receive 15% off admission to the show.

Yes, many paid classes have limited seating. You can register for complimentary classes; however, if any registered individual does not show up for the class on time, their seat will become available for other that were not able to register for the class.

Pre-approved press agents with credentials, whether employed by an exhibiting or non-exhibiting publisher, may be admitted to Cosmoprof free for the purpose of reporting on the event. Pre-approval is required and admission to the show is at the sole discretion of Cosmoprof. For Cosmoprof press approval, please contact pr@cosmoprofna.com.

Yes, instructors and students may attend the show, but please keep in mind; this is not a typical hair show. The floor is business-to-business only with NO cash-and-carry sales and there is no technical hair or nail education on or off the show floor.

You will receive a registration confirmation in advance of the show. If you decide to add an additional class, need another confirmation, or visa letter (if applicable), log back into your registration and you will be taken to your dashboard. Before the show, you will receive another confirmation with additional show information and a QR code to print your badge at the show. Remember to bring this email with you to the show, printed or on your smart phone, so that you can scan the barcode and have your badge printed. You will receive a lanyard to attach your badge to. Your name badge will be scanned for entry.

Any attendee observed to be distributing information and/or products or soliciting business in the aisles, in another company’s booth, or any public areas will have their badge(s) confiscated without refund and will be escorted from the building. This policy pertains both to PBA member attendees as well as non-member attendees.

Yes, FedEx is located in the South Convention Center.

Yes, free WiFi will be provided.

Yes, parking is a maximum of $18.00 per day. The Convention Center parking garage is located on the south end of the building and can be accessed via Las Vegas Boulevard or Russell Road.

Yes, restaurants, cafes, and retail dining are conveniently located around and throughout the center.

  • Bring a wheeled bag/cart? No, wheeled bags/carts are prohibited on the show floor. Bags larger than 12.15” are prohibited. Show Management reserves the right to inspect all bags.
  • Be a model? Cosmoprof does not hire models for the exhibiting companies as demonstrations on models are held to a minimum.
  • Bring my child? Children under the age of 18 (including infants) will not be permitted on the show floor or in classrooms for liability reasons. No exceptions. Thank you for your understanding as we keep your event safe and professional. If you need an in-room childcare service, please contact Nannies & Housekeepers U.S.A. at 710.451.0021.
  • Bring my spouse/significant other/translator? Yes, a ticket must be purchased.
  • Bring my camera? No photography or videotaping of CPNA or its education classes is allowed without prior permission from Show Management.
