No. Cosmoprof North America is strictly business to business (B2B). Manufacturers are not permitted to sell products to individuals for personal use. While we do allow licensed stylists/cosmetologists, nail technicians, estheticians, and makeup artists to attend, it is not recommended and they may not purchase product for personal/individual use. Manufacturers caught selling product/services for individual use will be removed from the exhibit floor at their own expense.

No, PBA members do not receive discounted exhibit rates.

On May 9th, an email will be sent to the exhibitor primary contact with information on how to register their booth staff.  The registration portal can be found here.  All staff members will need to be registered with a unique email address. Prior to the show, registered booth staff will receive a confirmation email with barcode to scan at a badge printing station.  No badges will be email in advance of the show.  Once booth staff are registered, they will also have access to the Online Directory and My Match when it opens May 15h.

The Online Directory featuring My Match will open April 22nd for exhibitors to create their online booth profiles. An email will be sent to your company’s primary contact with the following subject line:  ATTN: EXHIBITOR – Your Online Directory Login. Click here for instructions on how to update your Online Booth Profile in the directory.  The platform including My Match will go open to registered attendees and exhibitor booth staff on May 15th. A welcome email will be sent.

If your company name is not listed in the Online Directory properly, please contact customer.service@cosmoprofna.com to have it updated. It will reflect the same way in the printed show directory.

Yes! My Match is part of the Online Directory and will open on May 15th. Welcome emails will be sent out to registered exhibitor staff and visitors when it opens.

Exhibit contracts are sent on a placement schedule that begins first with returning exhibitors (applies only to companies that exhibit the prior year).

Mandalay Bay features a full-service FedEx Office Business Center located on Level 1 of the South Convention Center, open from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm daily.

Both will typically buy directly from the manufacturer and sell to salons. An OTC however, will have a store where they sell to the public and salon professionals (80% of business must be to salon and spa professionals to get on the business floor). A distributor will not have a store but a warehouse to store their product.

A company that acts as a sales force for the manufacturer. They help the manufacturers find distributors for their products, but do not house inventory.
