
Tell us a little bit about your background.
From having entrepreneurial dreams in my childhood, I have always wanted to run my own business. After dropping out of university at the age of 19, I started up a few companies. Finally in 2013, at 23 years old, I established the men’s skincare brand – BULK HOMME.
Why did you decide to start your own company?
Since my parents also run their own business as entrepreneurs, I was motivated to be successful in business.
Even though the consumer needs for men`s beauty were rapidly increasing we still did not have any cool and eye-catching cosmetic brands for men.
What makes your brand different from other beauty brands?
Our fundamental goal is to become the No.1 men’s skincare brand – unparalleled in what we do. When it comes to products, we carefully choose each small detail, such as the quality of formula, texture, scent, and packaging – which suggests sophisticated simplicity.
As far as I know, there are few brands which really focus on “men’s skin”. BULK HOMME pursues the discipline for “what is the BASIC” for our brand. Day by day, we sharpen the knowledge of male skin structure and develop our products based on the research without compromising.
Describe your brand in three words.
THE BASIC. EXCITING. PRODUCT DRIVEN.
Without giving away too many of your secrets, what do you anticipate your growth to be this year and what is your direction for the future of the brand?
We at BULK HOMME have a clear vision – to become the No.1 men’s skincare brand in the world. This February, we entered the US market and escalated our business globally. Besides that, we think the only thing to do is to develop the best products and keep expanding our global business surely and steadily.
What is the best piece of advice someone gave you? What advice would you give a budding entrepreneur?
“The grass is always greener on the other side.”
Every other year, we see certain dynamic and impactful innovations such as new social media, new technologies and new services such as SaaS, but it is just another trend in the long-term point of view. Therefore, I strongly believe that you don’t have to compare yourself to others. Rather, you should just keep doing and accomplish whatever you believe.
I’m confident that our brand – BULK HOMME will become a game-changer and have a big impact on the men’s skincare industry.
What will your Cosmoprof North America experience mean to you?

This is actually our 2nd time attending Cosmoprof, but this time is more special than the first time because the event would be held in the US – a market we have just entered. We believe that it would be a great opportunity to expand our brand recognition there. Since our THE SHAMPOO got the Grand Prex at Cosmoprof Awards in 2019, this event is quite special for me. We are anticipating the moment that we can introduce our formula to a global community, inviting our customers to experience the sensation of our brand, BULK HOMME.
Finally, what’s an interesting fact about you people would be surprised to hear?
I do MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) every day because I find that through focused training, I can harness not only my physicality but also my mentality.
