WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Cosmoprof North America is an exclusive business-to-business beauty trade show. The show is not open to general public. If you are one of the following you are strongly encouraged to attend the show:

Cosmetics & Personal Care is devoted to finished product sold in a retail environment
(mass, masstige, specialty, prestige)

Professional Beauty covers anything being used in a salon or spa environment
(product, furniture, equipment, solution suppliers)

Cosmopack North America features suppliers that you would need to develop a range of products
(package solutions, contract manufacturers, fillers, converters).

ATTENDEE GUIDELINES FOR ADMITTANCE

Attendance is open to the following BEAUTY INDUSTRY personnel:

The above personnel MUST present a photo I.D. along with one of the following credentials:

• Business Card (card must establish a beauty industry affiliation printed on card along with the individual’s name)
• Business license or tax id (beauty industry affiliation)
• Professional Beauty Association or other Beauty Association membership card (Las Vegas Spa Assoc. Allied Beauty
  Assoc., Beauty Industry West, CEW, Cosmetic Industry Buyers & Seller Assoc., Day Spa Assoc., Fashion Group Intl.,
  Fashion Institute Tech., Global Beauty Alliance, ICMAD, ISPA & The Tube Council)
• Salon, Spa and/or Nail Salon business license

NOTE: This is not a cash buying show. Large volume orders are expected. We strongly advise you to determine if this show is right for you, before registering and booking flights or hotels.

Estheticians, Nail Technicians, Licensed Makeup Artists, Stylist/Cosmetologist, Salon/Spa Manger & School Owners can
attend. Must have one of the following credentials.

• Cosmetology, Esthetician, Nail Technician, Massage Therapist license / Certificate or Makeup Artist Union Card (or
  other beauty industry affiliation license denoting you as a member of the industry)
• Distributor Store Card (Sally Beauty Pro, CosmoProf PROCLUB, SalonCentric, MAC Pro, Smashbox Pro, Temptu Pro
  Artist, Make-Up Artist Pro, Make Up For Ever Pro, Inglot Pro or Pro Card Kryolan)

Attendance SUBJECT TO APPROVAL for the Following:

Attorneys & Accountants

The above personnel MUST present a photo I.D. along with one of the following credentials:

• Professional Beauty Association or other Beauty Association membership card (memberships above)
• Letter on company letterhead from a 2019 exhibiting company verifying your relationship to that company and
  purpose for attending
• If you are unable to provide one of the above forms of industry credentials, you will be directed to our sales
  department to discuss purchasing exhibit space

OTC and Independent Beauty RetailCommunity

Cosmoprof North America welcomes the independent beauty retail & OTC community by offering a special program for qualified attendees. Beauty store owners / decision makers attending Cosmoprof North America can qualify to receive two complimentary 3-day show badges (value $170 per person) per store.

Beauty Industry Trade Press, Consumer Press, Influencers and Bloggers

All must register through our official Press Agent and PR. All decisions for entrance are the sole responsibility of the Press
Agent. Cosmoprof NA inquiries, please contact pr@cosmoprofna.com. Professional Beauty Association inquiries, please contact brittanyh@beachhousepr.com.

Registration personnel, prior to the event and during the event have no authority to grant admittance, without prior
consent of official Press Agent.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

To enhance the show experience for all, we appreciate your cooperation with the
following:

• No strollers or pull carts allowed on the show floor.
• Cosmoprof North America is a trade show for Beauty Industry Professionals ONLY. The event is not open to the general public.
• Opinions stated at the conference are those of the presenters and not necessarily those of Cosmoprof North America. Show Management reserves the right to change or cancel any portion of the program without prior notice. Cosmoprof North America cannot be held responsible for exhibitors that may drop out of the event.
• Class Attendance: Classes included with your registration are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Key note speaker classes or special seminars sold for separate fees are limited by the number of seats in the room.
• Photography/Videotaping: No photography or videotaping of Cosmoprof North America or its Educational Program is allowed without prior permission from Show Management.
• Special Needs: If you have special needs that require assistance to ensure your participation in Cosmoprof North Americas is more enjoyable and meaningful, please contact North American Beauty Events at 800-468-2274 at least three weeks prior to the show.
• Tickets: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable (tickets cannot be shared)
