If you need a VISA to enter the US we can help facilitate the process. However, you will need follow the steps below before a letter of invitation is issued and sent to you.

Please follow the steps outlined below to obtain a Visa:
Instructions for Visitors:

Step 1. Click “Visitor Registration” link (When it becomes available in April)
Step 2. Enter the required information.
Step 3. Choose badge type “One Day Badge” or “Three Day Badge”.
Step 4. Select any Special Events or Educational Events you would like to attend.
Step 5. Complete payment process.
Step 6. Upon completion of your registration, click the “Print Visa Letter” link to print your invitation letter.

Instructions for Exhibitors:

Please contact your sales representative for instructions. Only confirmed exhibitors are eligible to receive invitation letters.

Instructions for Press:

Step 1. Fill in the Media Pre-Registration Form. (When it becomes available in April)
Step 2. Once the form is received and approved, you will be sent a visa letter request form.
Step 3. Once the completed visa letter request form is received, an invitation letter will be prepared and sent to you by email.
