Thanks to social media and google – by now everyone is up to speed on the huge 9-billion-dollar non-invasive technology and the ever expanding 30-billion-dollar supplement industry. As manufacturers step up their game in design and aggressive pricing along with creative finance option(’s) – the selection process for end-users and businesses that offer these Cryotherapy services are getting tougher and tougher.

No longer is a brick-and-mortar sales grounds for retailers, instead its on the web and the army of sales reps that represent the manufacturers.

So many questions around ROI, it’s not like any of these devices are cheap in any stretch of the word, so how do they choose? First impressions are as equally important for businesses today than ever.

This is precisely what is to be known, what prestige brands will make the journey into a more masstige/mass environment.

Some of the brands see the chance to sell curated stock-keeping units—the briskest movers or entry price points that can ignite discovery that leads to replenishment online. For sure there’s a need to connect everyone under one roof and creativity that everyone in the industry brings to the table.

The pandemic accelerated the need for mall-based merchants to seek online options competing head-to-head with Amazon and other online retailers who now have a stronger online presence. Others have incorporated a curbside pickup option without entering a store.

We see a change even with retailers like CVS and Rite Aid. These stores not only have pharmacies and clinics but dietitians and space for yoga and wellness classes.

Rite Aid’s new Store of the Future puts its muscle behind wellness and clean products. The chain is adding a bevy of cleaner beauty options and using its pharmacists to help bridge wellness and beauty.

The next few years should be interesting to watch as these new formats are revealed, and shoppers show how their habits have changed from the pandemic.

This is where the energy came into creating iCAN or International Cryotherapy Association Network and a space for everyone to learn, connect and elevate.
