These Terms of Use apply to Cosmoprof North America (CPNA) website and app. CPNA is organized by North American Beauty Events LLC (NABE), a joint venture between the Professional Beauty Association (PBA) and BolognaFiere Cosmoprof S.p.A (Bologna Fieri) (collectively, the “Affiliates”). By using the CPNA website or app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and consent to the collection, use and sharing of your information, as described in the CPNA Privacy Policy. Respecting NABE’s and Others’ Rights

II. Subscribing or Signing Up for NABE Publications or Events

If you subscribe to or sign up to receive newsletters or other information from NABE, or register for a NABE event through this website or app, you agree that you will provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself and will update your information as needed to keep it accurate.
