Official vendors are required for many of our events services, but not all. If you are approached by an outside vendor and are not clear about who they are, please contact Customer.service@cosmoprofna.com
OFFICIAL VENDORS YOU MAY HEAR FROM:
Hotel Providers:
OnPeak is the only hotel provider endorsed by Cosmoprof North America. If you are contacted by other third-party companies offering hotel assistance, please be aware they are not endorsed by our event and are not authorized to use Cosmoprof North America’s name. Entering into financial agreements with these companies can have costly consequences and are not protected by event management. Hotel reservations made through companies or agencies other than OnPeak are made at your own risk and responsibility.
Lead Capture:
CompuSystems (CSI) is the official provider of lead capture devices, allowing you to capture and qualify leads on the show floor, for Cosmoprof North America. If you are a contracted exhibitor you may be contacted by CSI to inform you of their services for the show.
Insurance:
Exhibitor Insurance is the preferred insurance vendor for Cosmoprof North America. Any communications you receive from other insurance companies soliciting their services for Cosmoprof North America are not endorsed by our event. Those insurance companies are not authorized to use Cosmoprof North America’s name.
General Service Contractor:
GES is the general service contractor for this show, taking and delivering on orders for Material Handling, Labor, Furniture and Equipment.
Food & Beverage:
All catering and food and beverage is through Mandalay Bay.
Booth Cleaning:
Booth cleaning services are provided by United.
Electrical:
All electrical needs are contracted through Edlen.
A/V:
All audio/visual needs are contracted through Encore.

Cosmoprof North America does not sell or share our attendee or exhibitor lists with third parties. Please be wary of emails and false solicitations. These companies have no association with Cosmoprof North America and are not authorized to use the Cosmoprof North America name. If you receive solicitation emails, we strongly recommend that you ignore the scam emails and do not engage with them.
