OPEN provides access to beauty’s foremost B2B trade show.

Iced Media, in partnership with Cosmoprof North America, created the OPEN Fellowship to help high-potential beauty marketing professionals get closer to the people, platforms, and opportunities that accelerate careers.

As the beauty industry’s leading business growth partner, Iced Media is committed to empowering underrepresented and under-networked talent, including aspiring marketers, creators, founders, and digital operators building careers in beauty, who would benefit from greater access to the industry’s most influential network and platform.

Three OPEN Fellows will be selected to attend Cosmoprof North America Las Vegas, July 13–15, 2026. We’ll cover the essentials so fellows can focus on what matters most: sharpening their expertise, building meaningful connections, and accelerating their careers alongside the people shaping what’s next in beauty.

Our mission is simple: expand access and create career-defining opportunities for the next generation of beauty leaders.

We will provide the resources you need to focus on learning, connecting, and getting ahead. If selected as an OPEN Fellow, you will receive:

• Domestic round-trip airfare (up to $600 roundtrip)
• Hotel accommodations for 2 nights
• Complimentary 3-day access to Cosmoprof North America Las Vegas
• Passes to up to 5 à la carte education sessions
• Mentorship from Iced Media and selected industry leaders
• Curated networking opportunities
• Exposure to beauty brands, retailers, founders, investors, and digital leaders
• Additional programming and mentorship designed to support long-term professional growth

• Be 18+ years old
• Currently live and work in the U.S.
• Work, or aspire to build a career, in beauty 
• Identify as underrepresented 
• Be a first-time attendee of the Cosmoprof North America conference
• Be able to attend the Cosmoprof North America conference in person
