Katherine Oglesby

Katherine Oglesby is Vice President of Business Development, Nuritas. Katherine’s career is best characterized as commercial leader and serial innovator in the food, fragrance, cosmetic, and personal care ingredient industries. She began her professional life with a thirst for new technologies at The Coca-Cola Company where she specialized in proprietary ingredient research and directed product development for its major brands. Prior to joining Nuritas, she co-founded and led biotech-forward Sensegen™ Taste, Smell and Beauty, drove the ingredient partnership portfolio of synthetic biology leader Amyris, ran Firmenich’s global citrus business, started her own business strategy and innovation consulting firm, The MariPona Company, and performed other executive roles in startups and leading companies.

Kathy holds a B.A. in Chemistry and Mathematics from Agnes Scott College.
