For Exhibitor Primary Contacts:
On April 29th, all confirmed exhibiting companies will receive a welcome email to the primary contact we have on file. Any exhibitors confirmed after this date will receive the welcome email within 5 days of their deposit payment. The email comes from cosmoprofna@expoplatform.com, with the subject line ‘ATTN EXHIBITOR: Access Your Las Vegas Online Booth Profile’.
This email includes the information needed to access the company profile in the Online Directory. If the primary contact is also registered as booth staff, they will receive a separate welcome email to access their personal profile starting May 22nd.
Visitors & Exhibitor Team Members:
Starting May 22nd, all registered visitors and exhibitor team members will receive a welcome email from cosmoprofna@expoplatform.com, with the subject line ‘Your Access To The Las Vegas Online Directory’. This email includes the information needed to access personal profiles in the Online Directory. For anyone registering after May 21st, the email will be delivered within 48 hours.
If you have not received the welcome email or you are having difficulty logging in contact customer.service@cosmoprofna.com.
Please try checking your spam folders and searching for emails from cosmoprona@expoplatform.com with the subject line ‘Your One Time Password for Cosmoprof Las Vegas 2025’. If you are still unable to find the email, please contact customer service. We can request the one-time password for you and provide over the phone or email. The one-time password will then be viable for 2 hours.

On May 22nd all visitors and exhibitor team members will receive a welcome email with information on how to access the Online Directory, featuring My Match. My Match is a matchmaking tool that uses artificial intelligence to review participants profiles and activity in the online directory to suggest new connections. The more you use the tool the smarter is gets at finding you the perfect match! Visitors and exhibitor team members can send messages and request meetings within the platform to facilitate new connections ahead of the show.
Be purposeful about who you message! Each visitor is allowed a maximum of 50 message sends and 50 meeting requests. This does not include replies after the initial message is sent. The allotment is intended to limit “spamming”.
Exhibitor Team Members have an allotment of 30 message sends and meeting requests. The Exhibitor can upgrade the company profile to receive more.

The show sector/pavilion and company name are based on where your booth is on the show floor and the company name used on your contract. If you think there is an error or you want to change your company name please contact customer.service@cosmoprofna.com.
Visitors & Exhibitor Team Members:
The information you provided when registering for the show populates in your profile. If you think there is an error please contact customer.service@cosmoprofna.com.
The show sector/pavilion is dictated by us based on where you are placed on the show floor. The Product Categories you select when setting up your profile will notify visitors the products and services you offer. If you think your show sector/pavilion designation is incorrect, please contact customer service.
If you are the primary contact for more than one booth you should have received a different welcome email for each booth. If you did not, please contact customer service to assist you.
Yes. You can contact customer service to set this up for you.
Yes! The ‘Cosmoprof North America 2025’ mobile app is available for download in the android and iOS stores now, with the Las Vegas 2025 event becoming available in the app on May 13th. This tool will include the features of the Online Directory, making planning and navigation of the show a seamless experience for all. Your login credentials will be the same for the mobile app as the Online Directory.
If you downloaded the app for the Las Vegas 2024 or Miami 2025 show, no need to download again, Just select ‘Change Event’ in the menu and select Las Vegas 2025.
