Agnes Landau

Agnes Landau is a seasoned C-Suite executive and strategic leader in the global beauty industry, recognized for driving innovation, brand growth, and commercial success across prestigious skincare, cosmetics and fragrance brands. With over two decades of leadership experience, she has shaped market-defining strategies that fuse a brand’s  authentic DNA with creative storytelling, elevating brands to category leadership positions including iconic names such as; Clinique, MAC, NARS, Shiseido, Cle De Peau, Hermes, Narciso and Issey Miyake.  Today, Agnès brings her wealth of experience as a mentor and  advisor in brand transformation, innovation and global expansion to indie brands looking to scale.

Emily Rose Campbell

Emily crafts and executes innovative omni-channel digital strategies for beauty, luxury, and retail brands. She has a rigorous operational background, with nearly a decade of hands-on-keyboard experience on performance marketing channels, namely Google Ads & Facebook Ads. She’s worked with brands ranging in size and maturity – from indie brands such as Grown Alchemist, JVN Hair, and Chantecaille to legacy brands such as LVMH (Benefit Cosmetics, Dior Beauty, etc) & L’Oreal. She’s passionate about the evolving consumer landscape, market research, and data-backed strategy.

Emmie Salaj

Emmie Salaj is a strategic executive with more than 25 years of experience driving growth, transformation, and brand building across the beauty and wellness industry. A results-oriented leader with deep consumer insight and an authoritative command of the global beauty landscape, she has held senior executive roles at some of the world’s most prestigious conglomerates — including L’Oréal, LVMH, and Shiseido Americas.

Throughout her career, Emmie has built and led high-performing commercial organizations, shaped innovative marketing strategies, and brought iconic products to market. Her work has spanned categories and continents, fueling global expansion and enduring brand relevance at scale.

What distinguishes Emmie is her entrepreneurial mindset — a conviction that great leadership demands relentless curiosity, a bias for innovation, and an unwavering commitment to service and continuous growth.

Robin Mason

Robin Mason

Robin Mason is a distinguished beauty industry executive with extensive expertise in global fragrance, brand strategy, and business transformation. Most recently, she served as President of Fine Fragrance North America at DSM-Firmenich, where she led strategic growth, creative development, and operations across a portfolio of internationally recognized fragrance brands.

Prior to DSM-Firmenich, Robin was SVP and General Manager of Shiseido Fragrances, overseeing U.S. marketing and global brand development for iconic brands including Dolce & Gabbana, Hermes, Narciso Rodriguez, Issey Miyake, and the global launch of Tory Burch Beauty. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership positions at The Estée Lauder Companies and Elizabeth Arden, helping drive some of the beauty industry’s most successful designer and lifestyle fragrance launches.

Widely respected for her leadership and industry insight, Robin is a frequent speaker on beauty and fragrance industry topics and trends and has served on the Board of The Fragrance Foundation. She is also the recipient of numerous industry honors, including FIT’s Marvin Feldman Alumni Award for excellence in the beauty industry.

Maria Torres

Maria Torres is a highly respected beauty expert within several facets of the beauty world which includes fragrance, skincare and makeup. As a Latina entrepreneur, Ms. Torres’ company represented and distributed such brands as Gianni Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, Moschino, Loewe, Blumarine, Dsquared, Pink Sugar, ALOF and Swiss Bellefontaine. Ms. Torres’ work ethic and passion for all things “Beauty” has given her an unparalleled track record in all areas of developing brands for the US market as well as maintaining strong partnerships in Europe and other parts of the world.

Ron Gee

With 25 years of Beauty experience, Ron Gee has always been a champion of innovation, creativity and consumer engagement as the critical keys to success. As the Former CEO of Shiseido Americas, Ron led an end-to-end enterprise leveraging his diverse background in research, manufacturing, finance and marketing. He also spearheaded the Global M&A function for Shiseido and established the company’s venture fund, LIFT, focusing on adjacent categories such as wellness. Prior to Shiseido, Ron was CFO of the Americas for Coty transitioning the business from pre to post IPO. Ron also spent significant time at L’Oreal in many key financial leadership roles.

His experience crosses nearly all categories, including makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare, and in all channels, including luxury, mass market and professional businesses. Ron holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University, a MBA in Finance and Marketing from New York University, and two US Patents in Manufacturing.
