Do I get a discount as a PBA member to exhibit? |

No, PBA members do not receive discounted exhibit rates. However, certain discounts
are made available to PBA members once they become official exhibitors. Contact
PBA directly for information on all benefits offered to its members. |

If I exhibit in 2012 will I
have a better choice of booth selection for 2013? |
|
Yes. Exhibit contracts are sent on a placement schedule that begins first
with returning exhibitors (applies only to companies that exhibit the prior year). |

What are the set-up and tear-down times for exhibitors? |

Will there be a business center at the show? |
|
Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Business Center will be open to anyone needing to
make copies, send or receive faxes, send packages, etc. It is located on Level
1 of the Convention Center. |

Is there a message center on the show floor? |
|
No. |

What is the difference between a distributor and an OTC? |
|
Both will typically buy directly from the manufacturer and sell to salons. An OTC
however, will have a store where they sell to the public and salon professionals
(80% of business must be to salon and spa professionals to get on the business floor). A distributor
will not have a store but a warehouse to store their product. |

What is a manufacturer representative? |
|
A company that acts as a sales force for the manufacturer. They help the manufacturers
find distributors for their products, but do not house inventory. |

Manufacturer, distributor, salons - who buys what from who? |
|
A manufacturer creates the product - then a distributor / OTC will buy their product
and sell it to salon owners and professionals - salon owners will sell to the public. |

| Where do I park? |
The best place for you to park will be on the east side of the convention center. Vehicles left
overnight will be towed at owner’s expense.
Mandalay Bay Convention Center Parking Policies
Parking is FREE. Any vehicle parked in a red zone or any zone
labeled "NO PARKING" will be towed, without notice, at the owner's
expense. Privately owned vehicles will be allowed limited time to
load and unload in designated areas as long as the vehicle is NOT
left unattended. UNATTENDED VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED. Parking of
vehicles in the exhibit hall is not permissible due to fire regulations.
For overnight parking, please use the valet service located at
the Mandalay Bay Resort entrance. The resort's front drive provides
the unique feature of separate levels for arrivals and departures.
In addition to the East lot, there is also a parking structure on the
West side of Mandalay Bay Resort which can accommodate up
to 5,000 vehicles and is available to all Mandalay Bay patrons.
